Speedy Health Supplements Store Policies

If your order was paid through a credit card, The name appearing on you statement will be "Speedy Health Supplements ".

In stock items are shipped within 2 business days, Small orders are shipped by USPS. Larger, heavy orders are shipped by Fed Express Home Delivery. Please allow 5 to 15 days for delivery. Out of stock items will be shipped when inventory is available unless we receive a cancellation 24 hours prior to us shipping your order.

Standard orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service using the e-delivery confirmation service. It is important to note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once scanned "delivered" by the United States Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or theft of a package after it has been scanned "delivered" by the USPS.

Most of our products we offer carry a 30 day conditional money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified. If you are not 
satisfied with any products purchased from this website, you may return it at your expense within 30 days of the purchase
date by the conditions stated below.


Product Return Policy Information

PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on the smell and/or tastes of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming health supplements. If you cannot get yourself to take a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our web site. Most of our product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependent on your individual needs.

We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.

We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s). Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable! All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code must be obtained prior to shipping the package to us. This number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it. Packages missing this number will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. Please email customer service at customer_service@speedyhealthsupplements.com to obtain your RMA number. The method of payment used will determine the method of refund. We recommend, but do not require, shipping with delivery confirmation or tracking. You are responsible to get the package to us. Please allow 1-3 weeks for a refund to be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Autoship Cancellation Policy : Unlike other companies, we do not sign up customers on autoship without having the customer’s request. Autoship is not forced on any customer; it’s not even mentioned by our representatives without the customer’s inquiry on the program. Autoship options are also offered on our web site. If you signed up on autoship for the discounted price on any of our products the cancellation policies are below.

A 30 day written notice must be sent to our mailing address, which is on your receipt. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Including, but not limited to, refused packages. Please sign and date your cancellation letter. You also need to reference your customer number (found on your receipt). We can not cancel shipments that have already been sent. Once we receive your notice, we will cancel out further Autoship packages from that date forward.

With our autoship policy, you will be receiving a minimum of 2 packages. 1 for the original day you placed your order and another 30 days later. You can cancel anytime after that. We can not offer our discounted prices to one time purchasers.

We can only cancel auto ships that are being charged by "SpeedyHealth" on your credit card statement. We sell many companies product lines and if they offer an autoship, you need to cancel with them directly. Check your credit card statement to see who is charging you.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:

The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be
“SpeedyHealth” or “SpeedyHealthSupplements.” If you place a chargeback
with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order
that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee
charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant
provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make
the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember
making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the
charge BEFORE calling your bank.

Free Shipping Special Offer

Speedy Health Supplements is currently offering free shipping on all orders over $200.00 shipped within the United States only. International orders will be charged actual shipping charges to their credit card. Due to special arrangements made through some manufactures, some products are drop shipped directly from the manufacture and are not eligible for the free shipping offer. Any products that Speedyhealhsupplements.com ships directly from our warehouse are available for free shipping offer.
