SUGGESTED USE: Menstrex®’s enteric coating eliminates any herbal aftertaste or burp you might experience with Menstrual Magic® or Menstrual Magic®Advanced Formula.

Find your level of discomfort on the scale below. If you are between 1 and 6, take 2 softgels. If you are between 6 and 10, take 3 softgels. Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal with only a small amount of water. Repeat every six to eight hours or as needed.
