Contains fish (cod, pollack, haddock, hake, cusk, redfish, sole, flounder) and soybeans. Contains rice. This product contains NO milk, egg, peanuts, crustacean shellfish (lobster, crab, shrimp), tree nuts, wheat, yeast, gluten, or corn. Contains NO sugar, and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not take more than four doses in a week, and do not use Huperzine A on a chronic basis.
If you suffer from seizure disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, asthma, or digestive disorders, avoid Huperzine A. Do not take this product if you are taking other acetylcholinesterase inhibitors such as Aricept or Tacrine. Because vitamin E inhibits blood clotting, consult your healthcare practitioner if you are taking anticoagulant drugs or have a bleeding disorder.
