Homeopathic flu formula used in the Neti Pot & under the tongue for flu-like symptoms and cold such as chills, fever, and body aches. During Flu season, once a week add 5-10 drops of Neti Wash Flu to your Neti Pot along with one-quarter teaspoon of Neti Salt and 8 ounces of warm water and perform nasal irrigation according to Neti Pot instructions. In order to reinforce the effects of Neti Wash Flu intranasally, take 5 drops under your tongue after irrigating away from consuming food or drink. For optimal results use both methods.
