Q: Is the garlic standardized to allicin content? A: Yes, the product is standardized for its allicin content. Researchers believe allicin is one of the principal active ingredients in garlic.
Q: Is it odorless? A: No, it is odor-controlled. If garlic is odorless, it will not contain some of the important active compounds like Alliinase.
Q: How is the garlic processed? A: The entire garlic process is controlled from seed to finished product. The garlic is dehydrated by using a high-tech and proprietary method of exclusive “cool-dry” processing. We test the garlic throughout the processing to ensure the proper balance of the active compounds.
