Directions
As a dietary supplement, empty one packet of Garbage into a 16 fl oz bottle of water. Shake bottle until drink mix dissolves. For more intense flavor mix with less water. For peak performance try drinking at least 20-30 minutes before activity or exercise. It is not recommended to consume more than 4 servings per day and more than one serving every 2 hours.
